Our Sustainability Commitment

AT PTW, we are committed to creating sustainable value for our stakeholders and rights holders, and we actively strive to integrate environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations into our daily operations and decision-making processes.

We are committed to:

Reducing our environmental impact through process optimization and ongoing evaluation of our operations to continuously improve our operational efficiency, reduce our greenhouse gas emissions, and minimize waste. We will continue to develop innovative solutions to reduce our environmental footprint and enhance our sustainability performance.

Creating a positive social impact through education and targeted programs to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment that values and respects employees, customers, suppliers, and communities. We will continue to invest in employee development, health and safety, and responsible sourcing of materials to support sustainable economic growth in the communities we serve.

Maintaining high standards of corporate governance and ethical business practices. We will continue to operate with transparency and accountability, adhering to relevant laws and regulations, and promote the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior. We will hold ourselves accountable through regular audits of our operations and results.

Our Approach

As part of our commitment to creating sustainable value for our stakeholders and rights holders, in 2023 we conducted our first formal ESG materiality assessment to identify the issues that are most important to our partners and our business.

As part of this process, we considered a range of stakeholders and rights holders, including employees, customers, suppliers, investors, Indigenous communities, regulators, and local communities, to understand their perspectives on our ESG performance and identify issues that are most material to them. We also conducted a review of our operations and identified ESG issues that are most relevant to our enterprise.

Our Material Topics

PTW Stakeholders and Rights Holders

We are committed to engaging with our internal and external partners to ensure that we are addressing their concerns and responding to their needs, and we will regularly review our ESG materiality assessment to ensure that we are identifying and prioritizing the issues that are most relevant to our stakeholders and our business.

Dedicated Focus

In 2023, we have established a dedicated steering committee to oversee the development and implementation of our ESG strategy. The ESG steering committee, headed by our Chief Executive Officer, is comprised of eight representatives from various departments such as Operations, Human Resources, Indigenous Partnerships, Safety, and Business Development. The committee’s primary goal is to integrate ESG considerations into all aspects of our business operations, from decision-making to risk management and reporting. The ESG steering committee is responsible for the evolution and success of our ESG strategy across the enterprise.
