Introducing Our 3D Virtual Facility Experience
We are pleased to announce the launch of our 3D virtual tour, providing an inside look at our structural steel fabrication and modular construction facility in Rocky View County, Alberta.
This experience offers clients, partners, and stakeholders a direct view of portions of our 212,000 square foot manufacturing campus on 40 acres. Built in 2015, our facility supports high volume, high precision production in structural steel, rigid frame and self-frame building systems, modular construction, and structural skids.
Our operations include a 106,000 square foot structural steel plant, a 57,500 square foot sheet metal facility, a 30,000 square foot blast and coating center, 19 acres of assembly area, and more than 30 overhead cranes. Collectively, the complex produces approximately 20 million pounds of structural steel and 600 metal buildings annually, with the capacity to operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Every stage of our manufacturing process is meticulously regulated and audited by third party agencies, including the Canadian Welding Bureau and the Canadian Standards Association, ensuring compliance, safety, and quality across every project.
The 3D virtual tour also illustrates the progression of our work, from structural skids and fabricated steel components through to fully assembled modular buildings, providing a clear view of how projects advance within a single integrated campus.
