Overview

PTW was contracted to supply a turnkey solution including controls, electrical and instrumentation, emergency power generation and total power distribution on a mobile production unit (MOPU) capable of sea water injection, gas lift, produced water treatment and receiving drilling formation fluids.
PTW’s technicians supervised and lead the installation from two locations in Texas, USA, and executed final construction activities en route to the production field. PTW also supervised the commissioning activities upon arrival to the final destination.
The client was in the development stage of the EBOK field, located offshore Nigeria. The project involved the design of the client’s production and storage facilities in the area, including a wellhead conductor structure and a jack-up MOPU.
